Eastway is proud to announce that the newly renovated facility on Obetz Road is now home to The Heritage of Hannah Neil Program, which is the latest addition to our services in Franklin County. Our continuum of care has expanded to provide services to meet children and families where they are--in the home, in the community, in schools, as well as in a traditional outpatient setting. We also offer day treatment programming and residential treatment services at The Heritage of Hannah Neil. Eastway is working hand in hand with other providers to ensure a strong system of care in Columbus, so that children and families are able to access services that best suit their unique needs.
The goal for those receiving care through The Heritage of Hannah Neil Programming is to provide a safe, home-like environment for children and families to work through their challenges and to overcome the barriers that limit successful functioning at school and in the community. Our programs are grounded in the philosophy of Trauma Informed Care and services are tailored to the specific needs of those seeking our help. Building on key principles of safety, trustworthiness and empowerment, our programs are designed to be welcoming and collaborative with children, their family and other resources throughout the community.
